So, last week flew by. The only major thing that happened is that I was informed that I have to go back to Brooks Medical Facility to take an eye exam. When the Air Force tells you not to wear contacts for 30 days, and you put them in for just under an hour during that time, you should cry and self flagellate . I have to wear glasses for the next 30 days now, again. After not being able to take this eye test at Brooks the first time (because I'm an idiot), when I went to Langley in February they failed to do the topology! On top of that, I somehow misplaced my $400 glasses and had to go get a new pair.
I've basically finished the checklist now. The Transition Office has not given me a job yet even though I've made them aware that I'm just sitting around. I have got most of the DA20 operations limits down though, even the ones that aren't required.
I lost 4 pounds in the last 10 days, so that's a plus.
